About Sasha

My name is Sasha Stephens, I’m a writer and ex-chronic insomniac. Born in South Wales, I was brought up in Dartmouth, Devon. It was while at university that I began a fifteen-year battle with insomnia. In 2005 a chance event led to my complete recovery from this crippling affliction. This miraculous recovery, and research that followed, led to my writing my first book, The Effortless Sleep Method. This simple method has now helped tens of thousands of insomnia sufferers get their lives back.

I have now written three books to empower you to begin sleeping better and permanently overcome chronic insomnia. The Effortless Sleep Method, The Effortless Sleep Companion and Bedtime Stories for Insomniacs are available from Amazon, Barnes and Noble and bookshops around the world.
